BIO + story
I am a keynote speaker, author, a startup entrepreneur, an international award-winning customer experience professional in thetechnology company Feedbackly, as well as he founder Finland's biggest digital community for entrepreneurs - the Yrittäjä.io.
I got my degree from Turku School of Economics and I’m active in the local and global business communities, entrepeneursip societies and I travel around Europe and the globe for my business. My origin is at the home of pure nature and cold winters are the northern Ostrobothnia of Finland but I have since became a solid “Turkulainen” with the love to finnish archipelago and Sailing. I call Brazil my second home and Portuguese my second language. My office is in Helsinki, but I currently live with my mate in the centre of Turku. I love active lifestyle so we love to hike, play golf, sail and go out for a nice and long bike rides! I am also moved by good food, wine and surfing.
KEYNOTE SPEAKER AND TRAINER
I suffered for years from a strong fear of performing. However, I had a burning desire to perform. It made me constantly look for new ways to develop my performing skills. After countless books, videos, and seminars, I found that they were of no help. The only way is simply to talk and perform.
The beginning was difficult, but it was worth it. Now, I have spoken and performed in front of thousands of people. My job is awesome, and I don't think I'll ever quit. I sincerely want to help others in developing their communication as well, from customer experiences to daily interpersonal communication. My goal is to create an unforgettable customer experience for my listeners that inspires and makes them realize new things.

ENTREPRENEUR & influencer
Entrepreneurship and brainstorming are at my core. My first touch to entrepreneurship I got when I was 12 as I founded “Nurtsit Bois” (Roughly translates to “No grass!”) – the Lawnmower company. Since then, I have been involved with entrepreneurship in many companies and projects. The road has taken me from office cleaning to real estate and to be a travel guide, among other things.
Today, I am the Founder and CEO of a Startup company Feedbackly. Together, we build the world's sweetest and most powerful tool for measuring the customer experiences. As a company, we can no longer decide how we communicate with our customers – our customers decide that. The result is the new era multichannel of customer data collection and communication through out the customer Journey - Feedbackly has been developed for that specific need. Our goal is to increase sales, especially in online stores and retail, through better multi-channel customer experience. Currently, Feedbackly is a fast-growing startup that aims to be the number one in the world of measuring the multi-channel customer experience and analytics tools.
Throughout my career in entrepreneurship societies, I've done practically everything in a short time – for the last two years, I was the youngest Finnish Enterprises Vice-Chairman in history. In addition to this, was part of the board of the young entrepreneurs in Southwest Finland, the Board of Entrepreneurs of Southwest Finland, the Executive Committee, the Board of Entrepreneurs of Finland and Turku Entrepreneurs. On top of all this, entrepreneurship education is close to my heart, and I have so far inspired and reached thousands of young people at schools and various events.
In the end, though, I wondered what I could do myself. This gave rise to the idea of setting up your community of entrepreneurs. I soon realised that there are communities, but there are no purely digital communities – so I founded one. This is how Yrittäjä.io was born, and we have grown into a community of more than 20,000 entrepreneurs in a year!
GOLF - SAILING - SURF - TRIATHLON - Trekking
When I don't work or play sports, my free time is spent golfing and sailing. I am a passionate sailor whose big dreams include buying my own boat. I also teach golf to the rare selected beginnings. Active teaching and coaching are my absolute strengths. I enjoy seeing my students develop. I also love surfing, which is ill-suited to Finnish conditions but I try to get to the waves whenever I have the opportunity. When there are waves no waves around, I build my own wooden surfboards. Sometimes I settle for snowboarding, but nothing replaces decent waves.
To stay fit, we also love a good trek and a tough triathlon competition. Better not talk about it anymore, or this is going to take all night!
